Here at TOT, we understand you might be a merchandiser in need of a comprehensive yet discrete service but don’t want your end line client to know it’s TOT that have produced and fulfiled the order.
With this in mind we are happy to send your orders under plain cover (i.e. using new unmarked boxes with neutral paperwork) or in any supplied branded packaging which enhances your product.
We do this alongside in-house generated box end labels, packing lists, delivery notes, and the livery you require.
Our service applies from a bulk order going to a third party company right through to single items shipping to members of the public.
Online integration
We also have a fully integrated backend software solution that hooks into all the major online platforms out there in internet land (shopify, wix, music glue etc.)
So, if you have a webstore and you’re after a company that can handle the whole post sales shebang – that’s import, produce, pick, pack, fulfil and even customer service the order , then look no further.
This service covers both Off The Shelf and On Demand items, and these can be mixed and matched to suit.
