FORWARD RUSSIA Terms and Conditions

Our "No Mess" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
Please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your Name, Address, Contact numbers and email address, Date received, design/size/colour of the Garment, and any order reference numbers on your delivery note.
In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
Wrap the item securely in its original packaging.

Cooling-off Period

At TOT Shirts Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our "No Mess" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please fill out a note, as detailed above, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
