Can I get to see a sample before I buy?
Yes, we do provide a sample service, but on high price items there will be a charge, payable in advance, for any items that are despatched. The charge covers the origination costs that we incur in creating the sample for you. Please call for more details on our sampling policy.

Do I have to give you artwork?
If there is something you desperately want to use then we prefer that you provide artwork. Format and specifications will be discussed prior to your order. Otherwise, we can provide the design for you. Please respect copyright issues always!

Do I get to see a proof?
It’s always better and preferable that you do.

Can you print onto anything?
While the majority of our work is printing, embellishing and finishing onto t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirt our skills extend to many other items such as csaps, fleeces, rugby shirts, jackets, bags and many other forms of promotional clothing and merchandising including all manner of workwear.

How will my order be despatched?
By mail services, overnight courier delivery, or direct daily courier delivery. It’s your choice and is usually determined by deadline and cost. You can even call by and collect it yourself.

Can I track my order online?
Absolutely. As a Member you can go online and track your consignments through our own web services. It is not possible to track mail deliveries in the same way.

Can you handle specific packing requirements?
Whatever packing requirements you have, we can handle. Just tell us what you need.

How do you handle client confidentiality arrangements?
We are masters of discretion and everybody’s secrets are safe with us! Client
confidentiality is paramount and we would never disclose any information that would
compromise our working relationship with any of our clients. What is done here, stays here.

Can you handle superfast turnarounds?
Absolutely - although only within reason. Ask us and we will always give you a straight answer, but be assured – if it can possibly be done, then we will do it!
